16th November - Normal Session

23rd November - 'Pentathlon' competition

30th November - NO SESSION THIS WEEK

07th December - Normal session

14th December - last session of the year

Session updates:

Location: Langford Hall

Time/Day: Sunday mornings, 0920am check-in to start at 0930am, finish 1100 am.

Ages Group: Years 3*, 4 and 5 AND year 6’s up April 2009**

*Must still be a minimum of 8 years old.

**Those who have just moved up into Year 6 can still train until April 2009 as the athletics year is not the same as the school year! This is important as we hope to organise a Sportshall Team to travel to London in January 2009, and to have a Sportshall competition against Guernsey at some stage as well.

Kit: normal sports gear (maybe with a change of shoes if it is raining, so the floor doesn’t get slippery; also bring a non-fizzy bottle/flask of drink.

Charge: £2 per session (to help cover rent of the hall)

19 October - First Session

26 October - normal session

2 November - normal session

9 November - normal session

16 November - normal session

23 November - normal session

30 November - NO SESSION THIS WEEK

7 December - normal session

14 December - last session of the year.

2009

4 January 09 - First session of 2009 (depending on date of the Sportshall Competition if there is going to be one - this session will be ONLY for the actual Sportshall competitors - 13 boys, 13 girls).
