Message From David Lawson:
'There are 4 more indoor sessions in March before we start training at the FB fields in April:-
8th March – normal session (all events will as usual score points towards the on-going Decathlon competition)
15th March – normal session (all events will as usual score points towards the on-going Decathlon competition)
22nd March – a Pentathlon Competition will be held, with prizes given on the day for all age-groups (all events will as usual score points towards the on-going Decathlon competition). We may need a few extra helpers for this – please let me know if you are able to help.
29th March – the last indoor session, with various competitions and relays, and the presentations and prizes for the Decathlon competition.
The four March sessions will as usual start at 9.30am at the Langford Hall (please be there a few minutes early).
Note, all year 6’s should still attend the sessions, and they can then train with the next age group up from April onwards.'

Message from David Lawson:
'There are no Jersey Spartans sessions on 15th or 22nd February or 1st March. The next session will be on the 8th of March for the Jersey Spartans 8 – 11 year olds, at Langford Hall. We will move out to the track either at the end of March or start of April, depending on weather.
So far 85 different children have attended the Sunday morning sessions, and the Decathlon standings are given below. There will be only a few sessions in March in which Spartans can try to improve their points totals and improve their p.b.s.
In the meantime, enjoy half-term!'
